Ms. Watanabe-Hylton has held operations leadership positions at both the facility and multi-facility level. She has a comprehensive knowledge of long term care operations. Kristina is well versed in a wide range of situations ranging from turn around challenges to growing/stabilizing established communities. In addition, she is an author, speaker and a recipient of several industry recognitions.
Kristina has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a licensed Residential Care Facility administrator and is a Certified Director of Assisted Living.
